      Shipping Policies

      • 5-7 days expedited shipping after the order is placed and paid.
      • For international shipping, please email to customercare@shopmosscape.com to specify the products you are interested in and the shipping destination. The shipping decision will depend on the product types and your destination. All international shipping costs, duty fees and VAT as determined by region will be borne by the customer.
      • If the recipient address is wrong and this results in returning orders and delivery delays, the new shipping charges from returning the orders will be borne by the customer.

       

      Return Policies:

      • Before return, contact us through email customercare@shopmosscape.com to state the issues.
      • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
      • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
      • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
      • All live plants cannot be returned after receiving.
      • All customised orders are non-refundable.
      • We can only refund for the following reason:
      • The parcel lost in transit and the product is no longer in stock
      • Received an incomplete order such as missing parts of the product and losing certain products in an order.
      • Received the wrong products.
      • Received a product with physical damage before customer use.
      • Received a faulty product (for electric products).
      • All return items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund minus shipping costs and 15% restocking fee.
      • The buyer is responsible for returning the item in new condition.
      • The buyer is required to cover the return shipping costs.
      • If the returned item was damaged by customer misusage, the refund may be refused.

       

       

      Replacement & Refund of Damaged Item:

      To receive replacement or refund of a damaged item, the buyer must:

      Step 1: Report to customercare@shopmosscape.com  within 3 days of receipt.

      Step 2: Provide photographic documentation of both the packaging and purchased items to customercare@shopmosscape.com for us to file insurance claim. Replacement or refund will depend on the product types and damaging conditions.

      Step 3: Return damaged piece to 240 Neo Tiew Crescent Singapore 718898. We will bear the shipping cost for the damaged products.

      Step 4: We will process the replacement or refund after receiving items and examining the product conditions. The replacement will be delivered to the same recipient’s address. If you need to change address, please email to customercare@shopmosscape.com before returning the order. The refund will be to the customer’s original payment account.
