      In order for us to provide you with better service and make your orders safely tracked and protected, it will be nice if you sign up an account with us before placing the first order. After signing up with us, you will receive a welcome email with a special $8 discount for your first purchase.

      1. Can I still order a product if it is out-of-stock online?

      1. How do I use the promo code to get a discount?

      Once you reach the checkout page, you will see a “Discount Code” column at the right side of the page. Copy and paste your promo code into the column, and click “Apply”, the discount will then be applied to your cart.

       

      1. Can I get an additional discount if I purchase in bulk?

      For corporate orders, please email to customercare@shopmosscape.com to specify the products and units your company needs, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

       

      1. Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?

      You can only cancel your order before we make the delivery arrangement. To cancel the order placed, please email to customercare@shopmosscape.com within 24hours after the order is placed. The refund will minus 5% processing fees.

       

      1. Can I amend my order details after the order is placed?

      You can only amend your order details before we make the delivery arrangement. To change recipient information or products, please email to customercare@shopmosscape.com within 24hours after the order is placed.

       

      1. Can I insert two separate addresses in one order?

      We are sorry that currently we can’t insert two addresses in one order, but you can always separate the items into two orders with different recipient information.

       

      1. Do you ship internationally?

      Sorry currently we only ship within Singapore.

       

      1. How long does it take for the parcel to reach my place?

      The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. For standard delivery, it takes 5-7 days to reach your address after the order is placed and confirmed. For express delivery, it takes 2-3 days to be received after the order is placed and confirmed.

       

      1. How much is the delivery fee?

      Currently, we charge S$8 per order for standard delivery and $15 for express delivery. If your net order amount is over $300, you are entitled for free shipping. Due to the high volume of orders during festive seasons, there might be some changes in delivery fees. The final price will be shown when you proceed to checkout.

       

      1. What happen if the product needs installation help?

      For the products that might need installation, we have specified the different prices with and without installation. You can select the option based on your needs.

       

      1. Can I choose the exact timing of delivery?

      We will call the recipient before we arrange the delivery, you can provide us with the exact date when you will be available to receive the order. You are also welcome to inform us about the 4 hours delivery window you prefer, we will try our best to deliver within this timeframe.

       

      1. Can I go to pick up the product myself?

      Yes you are welcome to self-pick up the product from our store or nursery.

      1. What if I never receive the order?

      Please email to customercare@shopmosscape.com within 24hours after the time when your order is supposed to be received.

      We have specified the care tips for all live plants. Please refer to the tips given in product descriptions.

       

      1. I want to buy a pot for my existing plants, how do I know if the size is suitable for my plants?

      All pots on shopmosscape.com are given with detailed dimensions. You can refer to the dimension information in product description page and decide if it is suitable for your own plants.

      You can use any of the following payment method: AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal.
